Presented by Keala O`Kalani
Mahalo for visiting our website! We hope that you find it informative and helpful to your understanding of Ho`oponopono. As you can see, this site is designed very simply; it reflects the way we share the process – by presenting free, volunteer-driven classes throughout the year. The instructors give of their time freely, and all who assist do so with one goal in mind: To share the Ho`oponopono process with others, as it was shared with them. We welcome you to contact any one of the individuals listed in the Schedule section of our website if you have any questions beyond those we have attempted to answer here.
Ho`oponopono is a process of “making right” or correcting the problems, “dis-eases” and stresses in our daily lives. It is a self-help process designed to bring peace, rhythm and balance to one’s life.
Updated and revised by kahuna lapa`au (healer) Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, this ancient Hawaiian process has universal application and may be used effectively in a modern setting by anyone regardless of one’s ethnicity, culture or background.
How the Process Works
Ho`oponopono is a process of getting to know who you are through forgiveness and repentance - which releases, cleanses and transmutes unwanted, negative energies, barriers and obstacles. It acknowledges the “triune nature” of self and brings these parts of the mind into proper alignment to achieve correct peace, rhythm and balance physically, mentally and spiritually.
This simple and effective process of problem-solving, stress release and self-awareness can be learned and used by anyone, anywhere, at anytime.
Come and join us at one of our free classes. They are held regularly throughout the year on Oahu, and also periodically on the neighbor islands, depending upon availability of the instructors and venue. Please refer to our schedule for Oahu class dates and additional scheduling information.

Our inspiration is Morrnah, and what she desired for all of humanity:
“To have the PEACE within the individual reflect through the community, society, the nation and the universe. Regardless of race or creed, the Doorways of the New Age are: PEACE, BALANCE, WISDOM and LOVE in all LIFE and CREATION. Ho`oponopono is the key.” Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona
Morrnah travelled the world, sharing her peace and love - profoundly impacting all who were blessed by her teachings, by her very presence, and by her understanding that:
“We are the sum total of our experiences, which is to say that we are burdened by our past. When we experience stress or fear in our lives, if we would look carefully, we would find that the cause is actually a memory. It is the emotions which are tied to these memories which affect us now. The subconscious associates an action or person in the present with something that happened in the past. When this occurs, emotions are activated and stress is produced.” Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona
Words cannot begin to express how deeply grateful we are to Morrnah for all that she taught us, for being the beacon of light that she was for us, and for bringing her peace, unconditional love and joy into our lives.
Who We Are
Keala O `Kalani is a not-for- profit organization established to perpetuate the teachings of Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona and to honor her legacy. Just as Morrnah shared the gift of Ho`oponopono with us - her students and her students’ students - we are dedicated to sharing it with others. We continue to teach the process as closely as we can to the way Morrnah taught it, ever mindful of her emphasis on introspection and its primary role in bringing Peace, Balance, Wisdom, Love and Freedom to those who learn and practice the Ho`oponopono process regularly.
Free classes are presented throughout the year on various islands. See schedule for class dates, times and locations.
